Packages Presentation
What do we call a tipi?
A tipi is a set of buildings spanning around an open space, a central patio on which the tipi itself is built. The other elements are then built around it in an harmonious way.
This allows for a lot of flexibility and originality, and each one of the tipis will be unique.
All land benefits from having "chanot" title status and have sea views.
The tipi set is composed of the following elements
Terrace
The terrace is large and spacious and elevated on stilts like traditional Thai houses.
Part of the terrace will be covered with a vegetal roof (palm), or a roof garden where grass and flowers will grow.
The actual surface of the terrace will be around 50 to 70 m2.
Tipi
The tipi itself is a beautiful and inspiring structure, with an octagonal base and large bay windows to the front (around 8m high, 8m wide, 60m2).
There is an additional space with a 10m2 mezzanine bedroom.
Dining Area
In between the kitchen and the main structure, a covered separate dining area with a surface of 14 to 20 m2 will be integrated.
Kitchen
Outside kitchen with bar, 10-15 m2
Stone finishing.
Bathroom
Outside covered bathroom, shower open roof, 8-10 m2
Stone finishing.
Swimming Pool
In between these elements and natural surroundings a swimming Pool is nicely integrated.
