TIPI HILL, Eco Living on Koh Phangan
Project Description
 Tipi hill began in 2007, when we completed our first tipi.
Until then we had no idea of how such an original and ambitious building would turn out... We gave it a try and the result went far beyond our expectations: A beautiful mountainside structure high up in the trees within Koh Phangan’s forest, harmoniously integrated in nature, with an amazingly wide sea view.
After a few months of living in such a dwelling it was obvious it was a success, helped of course by the location and the natural surrounding, but also enhanced by the building itself which respects the island’s environment and attracts positive energies.
The basic premise was to live in a natural seting with a minimal impact on the eco-balance of the island. Having achieved that we now want to share this with you, offering you a way of joining us today in our eco living lifestyle.
An original and unique project

Only a few places worldwide offer this kind of structure in such a setting and we are probably the first in Asia.
Unique
Each of the tipi will be unique as it will be built according to individual plots with a configuration of your choice.
All tipis will be customized according to your preferences.
Security
We, the management of the project, have lived on the island since 2003 and you will be dealing straight with us with no middlemen. The fact that we ourselves live on the spot guarantees the safety of your investment.
All legal matters will be carefully addressed, with the benefit of our local experience.
Respect
We intend to keep and to develop our harmony with nature for this project by emphasizing clean and sustainable eco living lifestyle (Water, energy, waste management etc.).
 Space
The total area of the land is 12 Rais (18000m2) and we plan to build 12 tipis, some commons spaces and to develop organic garden areas.
Intimacy
To preserve intimacy, the average individual land plot size is around 600m2 which provides ample space, peace and quiet as well as enough room between each plot. Each tipi will be totally private yet part of a community.

Affordable
Our first all-inclusive offer starts at 2.9 million Bahts and includes the land, the tipi (with mezzanine), a private swimming pool, a patio, kitchen and bathroom, all inclusive of taxes and legal fees. Check our different packages proposals.
