Tipi Hill Eco Living Project in Koh Phangan

Who are we ?

Tipi hill is developed by 2 long time lovers of Koh Phan Gan who are living on the island permanently since 2003. By developing this project we are trying to bring together love for the island, love for nature, and development of new values in a world that desperately needs to be renewed.

Safety

The management is living on the project.
We built the access road, bring the water and electric and we are already enjoying the tipi way of life.

Legal matters

We propose you a 30 years renewable lease contract.

"A foreigner can own under his name, a land with or without a house, for up to 30 years.
The lease is guaranteed by the Thai law and can be renewable, which makes a 60 to 90 years contract, with the options written into the original lease contract and registered with the land office. You have a maximum guarantee and security...
The costs and taxes are minimal, as it is not necessary to create a company. You'll have to pay taxes on the first registration of the lease contract and every 30 years when renewing the contract."
